Versatile Inspection Capabilities

Engineered for diverse inspection needs, this rigid borescope accommodates diameters from 4 mm to 8 mm and lengths up to 600 mm, with custom options. Its multiple direction-of-view angles (0, 30, 70) and field of view up to 90 allow professionals to access hard-to-reach areas inside pipes, engines, or machinery with ease.

Exceptional Optical Quality and Durability

Equipped with optical glass lenses and stainless steel tubing, the borescope delivers crisp, high-resolution visuals (up to 10,000 pixels) and withstands challenging environments. The wide-angle eyepiece offers diopter adjustment and clear, direct optical transmission, ensuring immediate, distortion-free images during inspections.

Reliable Performance in Challenging Conditions

Designed for manual and handheld operation, the borescope functions reliably between -20C and 60C, with an IP67 waterproof rating suitable for use in industrial environments. High-efficiency optical fiber bundles provide excellent light transmission for clear viewing, even in dimly lit areas.

FAQs of Rigid Borescope:

Q: How do I set up and use the rigid borescope for inspection?

A: Insert the desired diameter tube (4 mm, 6 mm, or 8 mm) into the inspection area, ensuring it is connected to an external LED or fiber-optic light source. Adjust the eyepiece diopter and focus as needed. The direct optical view provides real-time visuals for thorough observation.

Q: What areas and applications is this borescope suitable for?

A: The rigid borescope is ideal for visual inspections of machinery, automotive engines, pipes, and other industrial components. Its durable and corrosion-resistant stainless steel design allows use in harsh environments, making it suitable for maintenance, quality control, and manufacturing processes.

Q: When should side viewing angles (30 or 70) be used instead of straight view (0)?

A: Side viewing angles (30 and 70) are recommended when inspecting surfaces or structures not visible from a straight view, such as inside pipe bends or behind internal components. This flexibility provides enhanced visibility in complex inspection scenarios.

Q: Where can I operate this borescope in terms of environmental conditions?

A: The borescope operates effectively in temperatures ranging from -20C to 60C and humidity between 0% and 95% (non-condensing). With an IP67 waterproof level, it can be used in wet, oily, or dusty environments common in industrial and automotive settings.

Q: What are the benefits of using a rigid borescope with fiber-optic illumination?

A: Fiber-optic illumination ensures bright, uniform light transmission without generating excessive heat, thus providing clear and detailed visuals for accurate diagnosis. The optical design prevents electrical hazards, making it safer for sensitive environments.

Q: How does this borescope maintain high image accuracy and resolution?

A: The use of premium optical glass lenses, wide-angle eyepiece with adjustable diopter, and high-efficiency optical fiber bundles allows the borescope to deliver sharp images with resolutions up to 10,000 pixels, ensuring precision during visual inspections.
