About Tablet Hardness Tester

As a Authorized dealer we are engaged in providing the broad assortment of Hardness Tester for wide range of material Testing applications. The tablet is placed on the platform between two precision ground platen jaws, one of which is attached to the load cell and the other to a manual mechanical drive. During the testing, the manual jaw is driven forward by turning the knob which gives a gently movement and presses the tablet against the fixed jaw. The process continues until the tablet is fractured and the breaking point is registered by the instrument.

THT-A Manual Tablet Hardness Tester :

  • THT-A Tablet Hardness Tester uses a MPU to control all operations. It has high accuracy press sensor and displays hardness data with kilograms.
  • It tests tablet hardness continuity. The tablet is loaded and rotated manually until the tablet is broke/shattered. Its data displays and locks automatically. The tester resets automatically, tests the samples with loop.
  • All components used are high quality.
  • Calibration procedures are also included.
  • It can be operated conveniently by using keys. Its measurement results are displayed by LED.
  • Reliable performance.

THT-B Automatic Tablet Hardness Tester:

  • THT-B Automatic Tablet Hardness Tester uses a MPU to control all operations. It has a high accuracy press sensor and displays hardness data in kilograms.
  • It tests tablet hardness continuity. The most number to be tested is 100 pieces of tablets and printed as a group. The tablet is loaded manually and with a press of a button, the test is performed automatically. Because the diameter can be tested, it saves the time of testing. Its data is displayed and locked automatically. The tester resets automatically and tests the samples with loop.
  • It can process data and print the hardness of each table, which includes the maximum value, the minimum value, average value and the number of tablets.
  • All components are selected of high quality brands.
  • Calibration procedures are included.
  • It can be operated conveniently by using keys. Its measurement results are displayed by LED.
  • Each unit is manufactured in conformance to the USP Specs & Codes to ensure superb performance and reliability.
